Family Planning

Santen will reimburse up to 80% of eligible fertility services (for employees, spouses or partners) and treatments not covered under your existing Santen medical plan, up to a lifetime maximum of $20,000. You must be enrolled in a Santen medical plan to be eligible. In compliance with IRS HRA regulations, your deductible must be met prior to any reimbursement under this plan. Your choice of medical plan may impact your ability to utilize this benefit. Please contact Human Resources for details.

Santen will reimburse up to 100% of eligible adoption-related expenses, up to a maximum of $6,000 per adoption. For more information on how this program works, please contact Human Resources.
