
Vacation
Santen’s vacation time is accrued by pay period based on length of service for full-time employees, and prorated for part-time employees. The maximum allowed accrual is two times annual accrual hours.

Sick Time
Santen provides paid sick time to all eligible employees for absences due to illnesses, injuries or medical appointments. Full-time employees can accrue up to 10 days per year, and accruals are prorated for part-time employees. Accruals begin on the first day of work and max out at 60 days.
Holidays
Santen offers the following paid holidays annually, which includes two weeks in late December through early January for a company shutdown.
Corporate Giving and Volunteering Program
Santen encourages employees to volunteer in our local communities by supporting 4 hours of paid volunteer time per month. We have also established a Corporate Giving Program which enables you to donate to a charity with a company match.
Education and Learning
Santen offers employee tuition reimbursement on approved courses as well as the ability to develop your technical and leadership skills through a variety
of formats.
