401(k) Savings Plan

Whether you are just starting your career or retirement is on the horizon, invest in your future with our 401(k) Savings plan. Contributions can be deducted pre- or post-tax from each paycheck, and the amount can be changed at any time during the year.

Your funds will grow even faster, because Santen matches 100% of the first 5% of your contributions. Contributions are vested at 25% for each eligible year of service. Once you join the plan, you may direct your money into a variety of investments.

Through the American Funds/Capital Group who currently provides asset management for a number of investment options in the company’s 401k plan, the Company provides access to the American Funds 529 plan. 529 Plans are tax advantaged investment accounts designed to help individuals and families save for future education expenses.
